The development consists of :
4x 4 Bedroom houses and 2x 2 Bedroom houses with associated car parking. & landscaping.
There is a natural stream flowing around the complete site, which required an extension to the existing bridge to give access to the courtyard.
The development was carried out under a design and build contract. The roof structure and concrete floors where completely replaced in accordance with building regulation requirements .
The finishes consist of oak floors & staircase, granite worktops and underfloor heating
