Who We Are And What We Do

Lindum Construction Services Limited was established in 1999. However, Neil Beales (Director) and Martin Walsh ACIOB (Senior Manager and Company Secretary) have been working together since 1987 within the construction industry. They have progressed their knowledge and expertise over the years to establish themselves as a major contractor in the Berkshire and surrounding counties.

Their Project Portfolio and key client list is testament to their ability to deliver projects ranging from high specification private house builds, community projects, as well as many school extensions and stand alone buildings. You can view these within our PROJECTS section of the website.

Lindum pride themselves on their ongoing relationships with many Architects and Construction Consultancies. We have worked with these practices over many years which reiterates our ability to deliver quality projects whilst adhering to our clients financial budgets. We have been registered with NHBC since 2003, with an unblemished record.

We are also members of the NHBC, Constructionline and also accredited with CHAS.

Both Neil and Martin attend regular Health and Safety courses and again have an exemplary record for on site Health and Safety
